Link/Bespoke Returns Policy

Unless your items are faulty, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange on personalised and made to order garments. These include garments with crests, logos and/or initials. These garments are exempt from the Consumer Contracts Regulations.

You have up to 30 days from receiving garments to request a refund on faulty garments.

We will repair or replace a faulty item if Decathlon My club are made aware of the fault within 70 days of order dispatch. You will need proof of purchase along with your date of order. This information can be found on your invoice you received via email. Please contact customerservices@decathlonmyclub.co.uk if you believe that your garment is faulty.

Decathlon My club will cover the cost of returns if item has a visible manufacturing fault. Decathlon My club require customers to provide evidence (pictures) that depicts the fault in question. Customers must cover cost of return in every other circumstance.
